We ordered string hoppers kottu and laveriya for takeaway. The food was decent. The string hoppers kottu had a mild flavor and wasn’t too spicy. Laveriya was soft and had a nice touch of sweetness. Overall, it was a satisfying meal,

Visited ‘Taste of Colombo’ for lunch, and if you're a Sri Lankan craving authentic South Sri Lankan flavors, this is a must-try! The food was thoroughly enjoyable, with the distinct taste of home—whether you're from the south or Colombo. The restaurant itself is cozy, seating around 15-20 people, and offers both dine-in and takeout. While the food was outstanding, there’s room for improvement in the ambiance: 1. Clean but cluttered – Washed plates and dishes were stacked in the dining area, which takes away from a professional look. 2. Storage visibility – Empty boxes were piled near the washroom corridor, making the space feel less tidy. That said, don’t let these minor issues deter you—the food truly shines. Give it a try if you’re craving a taste of Sri Lanka!

The food is good but they add 15% services charge with out our knowledge . We realized it later. I don't think it's right. So think before you go there.
